Can I cancel my order after payment?

In order to ensure timely delivery, processing of an order starts once it is placed. Orders cannot therefore be cancelled once placed. Items cannot also be added to, or removed from an existing order after payment.

Sizing and imagery

As we work with different manufacturers, the dimensions and fit of each style may vary. Where applicable, we will emphasize significant size variations to help you get the best fit for your loved one. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product due to different monitors


We ship via FedEx Smartpost within the US and via USPS priority mail internationally. A flat rate shipping fee is charged in all cases. Domestic Shipping: Regular Delivery: 5-7 business days $8.95 Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days $19.99 International Shipping: USPS priority mail: 7-14 business days $35.00 All items ship from the USA. Orders usually ship within 2 business days after purchase. When your order ships, we will send you an email notification including a tracking number. Please note delivery duties including all taxes, custom and brokerage fees, will not be paid by Kaylee and Kyle LLC. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


At Kaylee and Kyle, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase. Only items received in unused condition with intact tags, are eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non refundable. After we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, a refund will be issued. Any credit will be returned to the original tender; please allow 2 weeks for this process. If the item is however found to be used or damaged, it will be mailed back to you at your expense. The statements above only apply to online purchases from our website. Sales by Kaylee and Kyle at exhibits, expos, tradeshows, makers markets or other events, are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges can however be made at the point of sale if the desired size or item is available at the same location.
